SERVE at Stations of the Cross

Thank you for your desire to serve during our Stations of the Cross that will take place on Friday, April 3rd. This is a beautiful opportunity to help create an interactive and welcoming environment for all who attend.

We are looking for volunteers to serve in the following roles:

Prep Team - leading up to event and week of opportunities

• Help get materials built and ready
• Set rooms
• Decor
• You will be contacted by individual leaders with times

Set-Up Team - Thursday, 4pm-7pm

• Prepare stations before the event
• Arrange candles, signage, and materials
• Ensure all spaces are ready and safe

Station Helpers - Friday, 8am -7pm

• Refilling materials (food, supplies, paint, etc.)
• Offering guidance when needed
• Monitoring the flow of participants
• Welcoming and assisting attendees
• Helping maintain a quiet, prayerful atmosphere

Prayer Team - Friday, 8am - 7pm

• Commit to praying during the event
• Pray specifically for participants at the Response Station throughout the day

Tear-Down Team - Friday, 7pm-10pm

• Clean and store materials after the event
• Reset the space for Easter
• Assist with general cleanup
